RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS APPLY.

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all appropriate parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  2. The product shows only normal handling; damage caused by careless use is excluded.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. Any defect must have been identified immediately upon receipt of the product.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, you must follow the steps below to initiate the return process.

Please ensure that your email includes:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • Customer's first and last name

  • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender address. We will provide the appropriate return address after your request has been reviewed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the goods.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been submitted. Refunds are therefore not possible before the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform MENIELLE by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal process is completed once we have received the returned goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Goods in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are outside our control.

If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.

You may, however, notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible processing of your refund, we kindly ask that you provide us with proof of shipment for your return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
